Aroma is strictly Belgian yeast, banana & clove, also strong on those flavors in taste. It has a medium body with a nice wheat body. Pours a little hazy with a medium head. If it wasn't so strong on the Belgian yeast it would be a really good beer. Probably my least favorite beer from Heathen and I'm a big fan of this brewery. Rated 4-20-2019 15 IBUs

I bought a bottle of HeathenWeizen in a bottle shop, poured in to a weizen glass.
Pours an unfiltered cloudy gold color with a thin white head.
Smell is nondescript, a wet grain arome.
taste is typical of an American Wheat Ale. A bit of a citrus flavor upfront with a dry spicey finish.
Overall I would say an average American Wheat. Probably as good as the Widmer product if that is your bench mark.
