With over 80lbs of Fresh Mosaic Hops used, this tasty pale flaunts a tropical flavor that has citrus to mango tones and finishes with an earthy pine twist. We let Mosaic take front stage, so all the wonderful flavors come from the hops and no other major ingredient. Simply complex.

Very nice fresh hop IPA and the Mosaic hops are not as bitter as other varieties so in my opinion this is a great beer. 1/2-3/4 inch head, nice golden color, though not super clear. I really like fresh hopped beers, and this is a good one. Taste is a little dank and piney. 60 IBUs Rated 11-10-2020
