Mixed culture brett saison fermented and aged in oak barrels for 18 with a culture provided by local homebrewer Andrew Morris. Primed with chardonnay juice from Heathen Estate Winery and refermented in bottles and kegs for an additional 10 months.

Sour/wild beer with a different taste. A sample poured by the bartender so we could sample as we were talking Sours. Not a person who is partial to sours, but this one is pretty decent. It definitely would be a sipping beer. Rated 1-19-2024
