Handsome clear coppery brew abundant pale beige foam in the cider glass. Spritzy, creamy, and mouthfilling. Aroma of roast grain. Tastes of grapes and cookies with a mildly astringent finish. Overall this is less sweet and more grainy than typical Bock beers. It's quite sippable and plenty strong with a taste of alcohol that seems to go with the caramel. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. No apparent date.

Pours an amber color with a medium head. Aroma is malt & slight floral spiciness. Taste is more akin to an amber, but I thought it was very good tasting for the style.
