Served from the tap in a sampler glass at Mundelein Brew Fest.
Ramping up for some sessionable sourness from Light the Lamp. This stuff pours a clear golden straw topped by a half-finger or so of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises wet wheat, light lemon zest, and a hint of coriander. The taste certainly favors the tart lemon, though the tartness is kept in check at all times, and the coriander all but disappears (maybe it was just my imagination?). The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a pretty nice Berliner, nothing too special, but it delivers some sour without hurting in any way.
