Tasted in a 12 oz snifter from draft at Light the Lamp Brewery on March 4, 2017. Tasted again on October 29, 2018. Decent amber ale with a smooth creamy finish.

Served in a shaker pint glass at the tap room.
Review #2900! Still working my way through the brewery's offerings, breathing in large lungfuls of hockey. This stuff pours a hazy garnet topped by a finger of cream foam. The nose comprises pine sap, light maple syrup, and light caramel. The taste brings in more of the same, with a bit less of the maple and some light ruby red grapefruit rind tossed in for good measure. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a nice, malty little red, nothing crazy, but something pretty damn drinkable.
