It's hard to beat a second story patio overlooking the ocean when it comes to vibe. Great spot to chill out, listen to some music and get some sun.

The beer list is a solid selection of their own beers, as well as many guest taps. The food is nothing special, but certainly hits the spot if you're hungry.

Not a place worth going out of your way for, but if you're in the area already this is a great spot

This place is on the second floor, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There seemed to be a bit younger crowd. Fish tacos were tasty and beer selection was pretty good, with a number of brewers on draft. Service was friendly and overall I had an enjoyable experience.

This review is for the Downtown/East Village location.

Open concept, half-indoor, half-outdoor setup thats equally fun, comfortable and very 'San Diego.' They boast about 20 beers on tap + full bar + wine + cider + whatever. Full kitchen to boot. Point is, you could easily spend a Saturday afternoon here drinking to the weather, eating nachos, catching the game and worrying about pretty much nothing.

I dig it.

this place is so cool, up on a second level sort of semi outdoor mall area, its like nothing else ive been to, with a rooftop sort of patio vibe, tight but lots of outdoor seating, astro turf, ocean views and breeze, tough to beat for lunch, with the mid afternoon sun baking, beers ice cold, and pretty people and their dogs all over the place. they have some inside seating too, and only a couple of visible tanks, sounds like there is a production facility not too far away where a good amount of the beer is made. we couldnt believe the tap list, especially for such a small spot and a random find, they had something like 20 beers on tap, from curious lagers to hoppy types to this absurd coconut beer that blew us both away. i loved the hoppy pils and a cool farmhouse pale type, but the coconut beer was the winner for sure, all were cool, most were ambitious, and i could have sat out here with the wind in my hair and drank through the whole list! the food was awesome, sort of gyro and falafel based, flavorful and fresh and very good, not too expensive either. filling portions too which was rad after a long gap between breakfast and lunch. the overall quality of the beers and the atmosphere here makes this a place to put on the map when you are in the area, it was one of our favorites stops on the whole trip. great service, bustling energy, ocean right there, expert level beers. a real highlight!
