On tap at Siphon Coffee (Houston, TX), served in a small hourglass Pilsner glass. Clear, bright amber gold with a lively, frothy head of white foam and thick, patchy lace. Citrus, pine and dank notes fill the nose. Plenty of citrus in the flavor, leaning towards sweeter melon and tangerine; biscuit malt and light caramel. A healthy citrus rind and herbal bitterness leaves a clean finish. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. A nicely flavored IPA with terrific citrus notes; relatively light and balanced.
