From a brewery I don’t try from enough, except for their Yellow Rose as I recall being a favorite IPA, this PAC Sunrise edition pours hazy yellowish with a white sudsy-sticky hear.
Nose is tough. Bread-like and and hint of dank citrus.
Taste is yellow grapefruit citrus and dank earthiness. Maybe a far hint of orange. Zesty citrus though. Bitter finish/ clean taste.
Mouth feel is medium and nice and chewy, yet goes down as smooth.
Quality IPA with distinct notes and a fresh taste, even with a 3/1 bottle date and drinking on 4/17.
