12 oz can
Appearance: Very hazy dull blonde glass holds a half finger of bright white lace that lasts and laces.
Aroma: Citric zest (lemon, grapefruit) on a cracker base.
Taste: Bright hops slowly drop into a bitter finish. There's a few flashes of sweetness, somewhat crystal malt note, a blended fruit puree of hop notes which is why you get this beer.
Mouthfeel: Gritty, medium heavy body, medium high carbonation gives a prickly feel, a little oily in the finish.
Overall: Hop juice served on a cracker. I love hops, so this works for me, but it's a bit of one note played loud and clear. If you like Yellow Rose, you'll like this. It's fun to get the variants but it just reminds me to get more Yellow Rose as I think that's a bit more tuned in, where this is a bit more brash.

Smash Chinnok IPA
Fantastically straightforward west coaster with all the piney dank bitter goodness that I crave in a beer. Perfect way to end my visit at the Lone Pint.
