Bought at a supermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter bottle poured into a Pilsener glass.
-Pilsener look: dark colour with huge foam head and leaves traces.
-Pinching herbal smell.
-Bitter taste but with a citric/fresh pinch.
-Leaves the tongue numb and quite full bodied. Carbonation can be thoroughly felt.
I like it! It is a good example of Czech Pilsener
I like it.

The colour is gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear. The three finger thick head is compact and white. It sinks slowly leaving almost no lacing.
The smell got some buttery - flowery notes. Medium strong bitterness and some clean sweetness.
The taste is fresh and balanced. Quite a lot of butter/diacetyl. Clean quite string bitterness. Medium body. The aftertaste is flowery and bitter with some bread-like malt. The finish is bitter.
The carbonation is medium to strong, large bubbles. The liquid is semi-smooth and a little dry.
Not much depth in this one, still a drinkable beer with more bitterness than expected.

I had this beer for a few months in my cellar. Got this beer from a collegue who was in this region for wintersport. Best before june 2011, just in time....
Poured in my Struise glass the beer loos nice, big bubbly head, two fingers. A bit darker yellow fluid than normal but with some nice carbonation.
This is a real good pilsener and it has a bit of a dry taste in the back of your mouth.
