Clear golden with 1-finger off-white head
Aroma of cereal grain with soft herbal hopping
Flavor is mellow and malty with equal parts pils cookie and toasty maltiness. Hopping is traditional noble hops with floral and light spicy note.
Feel is not as crisp and light as I’d like to see.
Not bad but they are missing on the feel.

This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with a two finger white foamy to bubbly head that quickly dissipated leaving no lacing. The smell had a sweet light lemon lacing around a sweet grassy hops. The taste was mainly the same as the smell leaving no aftertaste nor finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a super sessionability about it. Carbonated appropriately as a kolsch, this one had a smooth sweet appeal rolling over my tongue. Overall, kolsch fans need to jump on this one. I would have it again.

Had from a can. Little darker than the average kolsch, easy drinker with a slight bit of bitterness to it. Not my favorite kolsch but I certainly wouldn't turn it down if it was on sale. All day drinker style.

Can. Pours darker than most kolsch I have tried. Smells and tastes maltier than the style usually suggests. Honey, pseudo-lager yeast, sweet finish. Lighter bodied. I prefer a drier take on the style. Not impressive.
