A: light yellow, straw. Fine foamy one finger head that dies quickly leaving moderate lacing
S: clean hop aroma. Vegetable/fruit of the peppers is strong.
T: sweet and clean up front. Plenty of capsaicin tingle from start to finish. Finish is very clean with the vegetable flavored of the pepper and minimal malt.
F: crisp and dry. Leaves very little resin-y feel behind considering the amount of fresh hop aroma.
O: exceptional. Probably my favorite "spicy" beer. Not for people who don't like capsaicin. Overall just very clean and dry so that the hops and fresh pepper favors/spice run the show.
