Appearance: pours a deep to earthy orange color. one to two fingers of a white head with good retention and leaves behind a spotty lacing. good strong clarity.
Smell: sweet crystal to caramel malts. and a face full of hops citrus, pine and some resin.
Taste: opens up with crystal malts, maybe a little bit of toasted grains. quickly overtaken by a very strong hop taste ranging from citrus to pine, hops come off slightly resiny .
Mouthfeel medium body, lots of resiny bitterness, bone dry, just a bit too dry to be refreshing.
Overall: a super hoppy IPA. lots of great hop aroma and taste. a bit too intense of a hoppiness and dryness to be considered refreshing but if you want a hop bomb this one will do you well.
