Need to try more of the style, not really my cup of tea.

Appearance: light orang color. A 2 finger white foamy head. Moderate retention and a small lacing left behind. Fairly strong clarity and brightness.
Smell: sweet pilsner malts. Fairly strong hop character with notes of herbal, floral and spicy hops. Toasted grains and caramel/crystal malts.
Taste: opens with a light pilsner malt sweetness. Hops take over and range from spicy to herbal and even floral or fruity at times. Towards the end some toasted bread and light caramel crystal character comes in.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Ends slightly bitter but mostly clean. Refreshing on a warm spring day.
Overall: a solid maibock, I haven't had one better in recent memory. the first pint I had was a little better than the second but both were very good. Champion should keep kicking out the flavorful lagers
