A: A copper amber color with a somewhat small light tan head.
S: Light licorice and sourdough aromas, bready with a touch of an herbal character.
T: Bread and caramel up front, followed by licorice and herbal notes.. the linger is bready with a touch of hop bitterness.
M: Medium in body, with fairly active carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish.
O: Overall pretty tasty. Perhaps a touch too much bitterness for me, but in general pretty good.
