Pumpernickel-inspired rye porter with a hefty malt backing of rye and chocolate rye. Dark candi syrup mimics molasses and a large addition of whole caraway seeds post-fermentation give it that calling card of a Jewish deli.

Had on tap 3/6/20. Served in a snifter. Really different, you can definitely smell and taste the caraway seeds. A solid effort that showed some real creativity.
