Look: Opaque cloudy pale yellow. One finger of bubbly white head with very long retention.
Smell: Piney hops with mild citrus.
Taste: Very surprising. A malty, almost doughy flavor descending into citrus and earthy hops with a light metallic note. Low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Creamy smooth, with high carbonation.
Overall: An unusual IPA, but not overall unpleasant.
