I brought this beer back from an Organic Trade show I attended in Nuremburg this past spring. This is their organic offering, I am guessing on the style...
Pours a nice light pumpkin color, the head was thick and frothy white, but it has died down, and is basically a memory. Some chill haze.
Aroma is is very refined, and sort of one note, not a lot of depth. I would call it a clean bakery sort of smell, a bit bready, but more industrial, like after a cleaning.
Taste is a bit thin, actually there's some residual sweetness from the malt, but not a ton of flavor going on. The mouthfeel isn't bad, mild carbonation. Slightly astringent as well.
Kind of disapointed...I remember this being a bit tastier as I ran around the floor, grabbing one every now and then. Not the best Organic beer ever.
