Had this on 2018-03-07 in Lisle, IL at The Bavarian Lodge on-tap
A - Cloudy golden-amber with a 2.5 finger white head and decent lace
S - Caramel, rising bread, nut, honey.
T- Very much like the smell with a very nice, very bready malt profile and some noble hops for mild, balancing bitterness.
M - Light-medium body and carbonation. Smooth
O - I really enjoyed this beer, which was described as an Unfiltered Keller Marzen. It's unlike a Munich Oktoberfest. This is an Austrian take on the style from a very old, Austrian brewery. It was brought initially to Chicago in the summer of 2017.
