Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch off white head over an amber body with no lacing. Head dissipates rather quickly with very little coming back with multiple vigorous swirls. Nose of maple foremost, with vanilla and a bit of caramelized sugar as well. Tastes sort of like a Belgian waffle, but the base beer leaves a lot to be desired, especially on the finish. A tad thin and overall, a so-so beer at best. Cheers!
