On-tap 8/29/2024 at Brother’s Sports Pub in Dracut, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a short white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, piney hops and caramelized malts.
T: The taste like wise starts out sweet with flavors of citrus and caramel. Then a decent piney hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style. This is a decent beer to drink for a while.

Pours a hazy orange color with a fluffy white head. Looks great in the glass. Nose is tropical citrus, including oranges, grapefruit, and mango, plus a bit of apricot. Very nice.
The taste is a replica of the nose, with the mango, orange, and apricot working especially well. The mouthfeel is on the softer side, fitting the style and the beer. This is a well done hazy from a “new to me” brewery.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Willi Becher pint glass; I cannot decipher the production information, it looks like it says canned on 10 08 41.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, golden toward amber color with solid carbonation and clearing, leaving a three or four finger, pillowy lightly caramelized white head, strong retention (nearly two fingers for a while), and foamy rings of lacing.
S: Grapefruit zestiness on opening. Aromas of white grapefruit, candied apricot and toffee.
T: More semisweet than semidry. Grapefruit zest giving way to more lemon, pine, toffee, candied apricot, and sea salt all play a rôle in the melange, overbalancing the more modest bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with good persistence of carbonation. Creamy and not at all boozy, but hits you later.
O: This is my first beer from 603. Liked it a lot

From the pint can, it pours a hazy amber with a modest head that reduces to a ring and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is citrusy. In the mouth, it is citrus over malt. Decent.

Cans from Franconia market. Enjoyed at the Old Crow Cottage! Pretty good steady IPA, packs a slight punch.

Not great, not horrible. Pours a typical hazy orange color with about a half inch head. Smells citrusy and tropical. The taste is somewhat disappointing with a slightly sour/malty taste with a finish that isn’t as crisp and refreshing as one would like with a company’s flagship IPA.

16oz can dated 12/24/19.
Pours hazy yellow with an inch of white fluff. Decent retention and lacing. Light notes of grapefruit and peach in the nose. Light bodied with a thinnish, watery mouthfeel. Grapefruit on the palate with zero malt and a drying bitterness. Finishes a bit sweet with light hops.
Tastes more like a pale ale with very light hops.
