I've been sitting on this can for over a year (intentionally to see how it would age), and many thanks to SawGod505!
Canned on: 11-16-20

A - Black pour with uber thin toffee colored lacing.

S - Coffee bean roastiness with char, amaretto, and delicate vanilla. Overall aroma is on the lighter side.

T - Mellow coffee roast, roasted cocoa, light amaretto, and a small amount of vanilla. Overall, this beer is predominantly light coffee bean and chocolate char. Ends with a moderate char bitterness, a small shot of Tiramisu sweetness, and alcohol that lingers on the palate.

M - Thick, silky body with a slight bit of alcohol warming on the way down.

O - I think this actually aged pretty well. Thanks again, Tim!

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 11/15/2020. Pours a very attractive motor oil black, with a finger plus sticky brown head that leaves thin streaks of lace with solid retention. 4.25

Aroma is vanilla beans, amaretto, cocoa nibs, toffee, caramel, and some faint coffee grounds. 4.25

Taste follows amaretto, vanilla, toffee, caramel, coffee, and cocoa. 4.5

Mouthfeel is a little bigger than average, not dry or sticky, a little under carbonated, and at 11.9 ABV it goes down very easy, with a little alcohol detected. 4

Overall I am really liking the flavor, a tad thinner than I wanted and would have liked more carbonation, but all and all a really nice imperial stout. I would recommend giving it a go. 4.25

Alewife and I stopped into 603 on 27NOV20. After a sampler, I had a 12oz pour of this, for $9.00.

Poured an oily, dense black. Had a creamy mocha head, starting at 1/2" but slowly ebbed down to a fine layer. Had light lacework on the glass. Aroma was a touch mild, with choco semi-sweetness and coffee. It was medium-plus for body, and felt very smooth and creamy.

Taste had more choco and coffee, plus powdered-cocoa notes. Had mocha amidst a good dose of semi-sweetness. Went down quite easily, and was not boozy at all. Rock on, #17.... I'm going to miss you... :-(
