Dark maroon pour with with quick-fading head that actually laces. Tons of cherry and vanilla flavors, very tart, maybe not as much malt balance as I would love, but I do like it. Ended up having several in one night, so that's a good sign. Glad to see more local brewers working on this style.

16 oz can.
Pours a cloudy jam color with a finger of pink-white head. Not much retention and minimal lacing, as expected of the style.
Aromas of raspberry jam, cherry yogurt, strawberry, blood orange and light vanilla.
Flavor brings notes of blood orange, strawberry, black cherry, raspberry pie, and vanilla. Lots of wheat on the back.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Lightly crisp with a lingering tartness.
Overall, a pretty good sour. Comes exactly as advertised, so there's not much else to say about it. Worth a try if you like kettle sours.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned 12/03/2020. Pours a very attractive clear pinkish red with a finger sticky off white head that leaves plenty of thin streaks of lace with solid retention. 4.5
Smell raspberry, rhubarb, blood orange, black cherry, and hints of vanilla. 4.25
Taste follows raspberry, tart black cherry, rhubarb, blood orange, and again just a little hint of vanilla. 4.25
Mouthfeel is a solid medium, maybe a tad dry, plenty of prickly carbonation, and at 7.3% it goes down very easy, but drinks bigger in flavor. 4.25
Overall this is an excellent sour from 603 Brewery. Not over the top, but really tasty and rather balanced. 4.25
