We wanted to make pale ale that would pair perfectly with the fantastic Tuckin' Good menu; a pale ale with a unique earthy/spice quality with hints of bread and honey. We decided to use a combination of English and American hops that both balance and work in tandem with the distinctive rye notes in this beer. This rye malt based pale ale is simply refreshing.
