Back in 1944, after D-Day, British soldiers complained that they didn’t have any good beer to drink in Normandy. The Allied forces worked together to rectify this travesty by loading casks of, “Joy Juice,” to Spitfire planes to be flown to their compatriots. This teamwork and love of beer embodies the relationship between our good friends at Able Ebenezer & 603 Brewery. The spitfire is represented by the sweet maple smokiness; the Joy is the comradery between the two breweries; and the juice is the abundance of tangy-juicy peaches added to this beer. Cheers to friendship and the beers that bring us together!
