No Longer in Production. 603 Barleywine is a collaboration with 603 Brewery
and Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey. We developed
a rye forward Barleywine that aged in Sagamore
Spirit Rye Whiskey barrels for 6 months. This Rye
inspired Barleywine comes in at 10.3% abv with a
lower carbonation making way for a silky mouth feel.
Upon first sip, you are welcomed by notes of Toffee,
Brown Sugar and Caramel. Complex flavors of vanilla,
dark fruit and apple blend with the oak barrel
characteristic of Sagamore Rye. Live Free or Rye.
