Draught. Silky, creamy mouth feel. Expected amber color. Good malty and yeast flavor.

Color is in fact amber, with plenty of light able to shine through without seeming too thin. A surprising amount of fairly thick tan head with good retention and lacing. Overall, nice looking beer.
Aroma has some light malts with hints of caramel, but on the whole, this is pretty underwhelming on the nose.
Taste also underwhelms. Sweet malts dominate, but it tastes more like a mass produced beer than a finely crafted one. It's not a bad beer, but it's pretty forgettable. Good for handing out with friends when you aren't necessarily paying a ton of attention to what you're drinking.

A: Pours a nice amber color with a white head.
S: Toffee and caramel are some aromas in this beer. I can also smell a bit of dried fruit.
T: Caramelly, with a slight hop bitterness in the finish.
MF: Lit to medium bodied.
O: pretty solid amber ale.

This is the first beer I have had on draft since the lockdown started. I was lucky enough to have dinner outside in Rye, NH and wanted something local so I turned to 603. Unfortunately I was a bit underwhelmed. It drank almost like an Oktoberfest with a super malty taste, but hardly any aromatics. Not exactly what I was looking for on a hot summer night. It had a cheap beer kind of finish, almost like a Yuengling wanna be (yes beer snobs, we get that Yuengling is a lager and this is an Ale, it’s just a comp). It was pretty tough to slug through and probably won’t be reaching for another anytime soon.

Classic amber that I have every fall. Pours a dark amber color with a nice head that stays. The taste is very sweet with a nice malty body of caramel that I always find enjoyable. Not the best I have had but far from the worst.
