So here's the deal......this could be something exquisite...but yet again I've erased my entire review and started all over again....and did it again. This is good. It could be world class. Overly thin, PERFECTLY sweet, apple & oak flavor that's EXTREMLY dry. The scent on this is apples & oak. They dry-sweet combo blocks a heavy chunk of abv. Two Roads, make this series look and feel like a stout, ok? Drink this now..no need to mellow this out.

This is another delicious version of my favourite Imperial Stout. I wasn't sure that I would like this variety, but my concerns were misguided. The beer pours beautifully with a nice dark head and a pleasant aroma. The armagnac isn't overpowering up front and there is a lingering warmth in the finish that is quite pleasing. A very enjoyable brew.
