If this was no categorized as a lambic I would be more into it. Lambic thrives of delicate and subtle beauty, this is a sour sledgehammer. Raspberry lemonade with wheat and some belgian yeast with huge oak sourness and acidity. Acidity builds up quickly as you work your way down the glass.
