Canned 1/7/20. Can art is BEAUTIFUL.
Poured from a 12oz can into a pint glass.
L: Slightly darker than pale, pale ale. White, thin head dissipates. Looks pretty unassuming... Laces.
S: Smells wonderful off the pour, and is fragrant inches away. Profound orange and citrus scent with some hop character...
T: Juicy with sweet orange and grapefruit burps afterwards. Citrus kind of overbears everything. Bitterness is most impactful on the finish. Dry finish for sure. Pine-y malts that aren't complex.
F: Super thin and not lasting. Light to medium carbonation. Shame!
I was expecting this to be better... A little disappointed but is a serviceable enough beer.

Fresh, made in July, but perhaps rushed in the making?
a. Pale golden orange wit a modest white head with minimal retention and lacing.
s. A melon, odd aroma with watermelon wine, pepper and minty notes.
t. Follows aroma, with more pine added, and cleans up nicely late on the tongue.
f. Drying, bitter, lean, and clean,
o. Nice hoppy pale ale as interesting as but tamer and weaker than Freshies or Dales.

Can from Stop and Shop in Litchfield.
A crystal clear light orange with a dense, white head with decent retention and lacing, this looks decent. The nose is intriguing. Spicy and melony, with watermelon rind, spicy fresh pepper and a little earth and mint. The crystal hops seem to add a little pine as well. The palate opens mildly bitter with pine and a little grapefruit pith, but there's a moderate amount of flavor here. Definitely spicy and earthy with a little mint. A mild malt character is present, a little dough like. Drying, bitter on the finish with moderate carbonation, this is a solid pale ale, well-focused on the hops.

I wanna be honest. This beer was part of a variety 12 pack. Don't know the exact version. I'm going with the pic posted here. Straw color with citrus and honey on the nose. Can is dated in mid June. Taste is sweet pale malts, honey, and just a tad of hops. Mouthfeel is light. It's a light bodied beer. Dry finish. I am also getting some dankness in the finish and back end. It's a good beer, but if this was available in a six pack, I would not buy.
