Another beer I believe I had at Foam Brewing in October 2019.
Pours an amber color. Barely a hint of that rose/pink color scheme. 1/3" white head. Had the aroma of a lightly dry rose petal, dry grape skin, coriander kind of impression.
Taste hit the salinity note that was missing from the nose. More of that rose bark grape skin dehydrated rose petal and hibiscus note. Tad maltier than most goses, but not problematic. Impressive part was how there was a hint of caramel and lactose and yet a dry almost raspberry like mouthfeel at the same time. Deft hand. The 'sourness' was on the lower end, maybe a 3 on a 10pt scale for gose. Commercial tug job about strawberry notes seem inflated.
Kind of mixed feelings about this. Is it good? Yes. I do wonder if I would like it even more if there was more of a salt/sour aspect to it, but it does a good job with incorporating the rose aspect to it.

Pours rose gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is rose wine and salt. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, and salty. Makes for a very wine like beer. Another Two Roads winner. They really know how to make goses.
