When pairing Comet & Simcoe together your senses are immediately slammed with strong citrus notes followed by some dank pine and resin flavors.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stone fruit, lemon, grassy hops, and pine.
This is pretty lightly flavored, but tasty enough anyway. It's got a slightly sweet and crisp malt backbone, with a nice hop spice and mildly fruity hop character.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very drinkable, with a very smooth finish.
This is nothing that'll knock your socks off, but it's still a tasty little pale ale.

SHOP Series (Specialty Hop) Pale Ale - Comet & Simcoe is a dreamy APA (favorite style). Got in mixed at WFM.
a) Hazed apricot gold body sports a juice-like dotty lacing head.
s) Lots of juice (pear, apricot, apple) with background of tempering grassy, fall hops.
t) A perfect fall APA. That orchard feel and heft of cider with almost pulpy perception of the whole fruit apple, apricot, pear.
f) Juice-like but clean refreshing and inviting more kissy sips. Fresh.
o) Best of the Shop series? Make it a permanent brew?
