From a 16 fl. oz. can dated 26-July 2022. Sampled May 21, 2022.
The appearance is a hazy looking yellow-olive oil color under a lacing-leaving white head.
The aroma emits pine and citrus sensations primarily and maybe just a touch of dank. Low profile bread.
Medium mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and bready with the pine and citrus notes emerging at the finish. There is really nothing that jumps pout about this beer. It is true to the style.

Two Roads makes a hazy IPA, but not labeled as a New England IPA, comically names Hay-Z-Boy. It pours a hazy orange with a white head, and a citrus nose. The initial flavor follows the aroma, composed of citrus sweetness with a hint of hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is pleasant all the way through. On subsequent sips, I don't taste as much of the flavor so that would probably be my biggest knock. The other issue I had was the old school plastic rings holding this four pack together.

Notes via stream of consciousness: Well there's not much on the label for this one but what really pops out to me is that it "contains lactose and wheat". Why lactose? It's 7% ABV but that's about all we know. It's poured a very hazy, ahh, let's call it cloudy, yellow body beneath a finger's width of white foam. It looks a little bit like a hefeweizen but without the big head. The aroma is hoppy and fruity, mainly with orange but also some grapefruit. It's NOT the best "hazy juicy IPA" aroma that I've ever encountered, nor is it even close. There are standard pale ales that have just as much aroma. Was this old? Eh, probably not - best by July and this is April... that gives it 3 more months. That's not ideal, but it's OK. On to the taste then... well, disappointing but not bad. It tastes pretty much as it smells. The malt is basic, lightly sweetish, and it's hoppy but not particularly clear on any notes other than the orange. I've rarely encountered "hazy juicy IPA"s that are so limited in character. So what do I get? Beyond the orange there is some grapefruit, melon, guava, a suggestion of pineapple, some passionfruit, and mango. There's some hop bite to it, but there's also what I consider a little bit of dulling lactose. As I've asked before, why did they use lactose? Ehhh, maybe that's not really that bad, but it's still fairly limited given that everything is so light. I just find it unremarkable, and coming from Two Roads that's really surprising. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and crisp. With everything said and done this is a decent enough beer, and it would be a good summer beer, but it lacks in flavor and it's kind of watery.

4/11/21...pours hazy (duh!) dark gold. Light ring of foam on top. Heavy citrus juice filled aroma. Rind flavored bitter open. Creamy smooth mouthfeel. Slight bitter but fading. Mostly citrus.

This is an excellent hazy, nothing weird about it, just a good straight up hazy IPA. Had a glass at the Sedona Tap House in Phoenixville PA.

BBE best before... 7/27/21
Opened and reviewed on: 4/27/21
A light haze inside the yellow and straw gold coloration. A fine white foam cap lowers down pretty quick, plenty of coverage and decent lace.
A juicy, tropical hop nose, but in a subtle way. Sweetly tinged pineapple and citrus notes with some light golden grains in the backdrop.
Juicy! Big time juicy, that much is for sure. A sweet, tropical fruity current of flavor inside the hop complexity. Rather muted taste, but with a nice, refreshing quench. Snappy and juicy, soft sweet hop tones and very light golden grains makes this one less than crazy complex but crazy drinkable.
This one is fun, light, juicy and easy. Don't expect to be blown away, but you will enjoy it's subtle simplicity.

Poured from a 16oz can stamped "best by 24JUL21" at Fridge temp to a Nonic.
Light orange hazy body sits under a snow white 3/8" head that yields medium lacing.
Smells of orange pith with some sweetness and a volatile I can't describe.
Taste is sweet in the front with a bitter finish. Quite a trip around the taste buds.
Body is relatively thin for the style.
Overall okay, but not the best haze can from these guys.

Pours ultra hazy, caution light yellow in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is starfruit and mango. Medium bodied, juicy, with high carbonation. Makes for an above average New England IPA. Don't need a full sixer of it, but it is solid.

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, peach), nice little diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, peach), nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew, glad to see it around here. Orange Julius! Addictive! Milk Shake!
