Slightly hazy apricot gold with a one finger, short-lived, rocky head. Aroma is biscuity malt with fruit. Apricot, pear, berry and herbs. Mouthfeel is medium with slightly prickly carbonation. I liked it but I didn't love it. I am surprised, in that Mosaic and Simcoe are two of my favorite hops but there was nothing new in the brew and nothing that hasn't been done better elsewhere.

SHOP Series (Specialty Hop) Pale Ale - Mosaic & Simcoe is a dreamy APA (favorite style). Mixed 12 at WFM.
a) Mostly clear apricot gold body sports a juice-like dotty lacing head.
s) Lots of juice (pear, apricot, stone fruit) with background of grassy, fall hop.
t) A nice fall APA. That orchard feel and heft of cider with apple, apricot, pear, mango, pine, citrus and herbs and stone fruit.
f) Clean, refreshing and inviting more kissy sips. Fresh.
o) Best of the Shop series? Make it a permanent APA?
