Slightly thin body with medium light carbonation but overall a nice feel.
Aroma is fresh lime, peel and juice. Theres a mild but very pleasing grain in the background along with some sweet earthy honey.
Taste very similar to aroma but the salt and sourness really show up.
Excellent beer from a very good brewery

Pours a nice looking lime gold with a tall, foamy long lasting head and a faint settings of sea water
Tart & sweet & salty, like a good homemade limeade with a dash of salt and an almost peppery background from the rye.
There is a dry, tart, salty (with a pinch of pepper) aftertaste that leaves you wanting more. This might beer the best lime Gose I've come across.
