Take the camino less traveled with this easy drinking Mexican-style lager! A slow, cold fermentation gives the characteristic crisp and smooth finish and a touch of experimental zuma hops adds a refreshing citrusy aroma.

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; less than a one finger fizzy white head that receded quickly to almost nothing; no lacing;
S: sweet malt; didn’t get a hint of the citrus that the descriptions suggests;
T: very little flavor; what’s there is sweet malt; a mild bitterness from the middle through the finish helps balance it;
M: light bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: better than Corona if only because the brown bottle retards oxidation;
