Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a “bahn” less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything.

In a flight at the brewery. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Tons of lacing. Nice hefeweizen yeasty smells. Good classic laquer flavors are under statedly soft. Pillowy slightly fizzy mouthfeel and yeast in the finish. Pretty good.

Almost clear, golden color. Thin, white head. Cloves and banana in aroma. Taste of yeasts and wheat malt. Horrible-looking hefeweizen, but the taste is decent.

Copenhagen 25/3 2025. 47,3 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow and light blue can with an Auto Bahn sign.

Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a small white head Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with sweet, malty odor mingling with fruity fumes. Wheat, bread, Elderflower and Oranges. White sugar. Whiff of Citrus.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bit tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.

Refreshin and pleasant take on a Hefeweizen.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange yellow color with a thick and billowy head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, fading over time and leaving lots of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a wheat bread and grainy smell mixed with notes of orange. Along with these aromas coms coriander and clove spice as well as some banana and a bit of rye. Notes of lemongrass and a bit of caramel are in there as well, producing a nice inviting smell overall.
Taste – The taste begins with a wheaty and bready flavor that is matched with some orange and caramel sweetness along with a bit of spice of coriander and clove. There is a bit of rye upfront, with this flavor getting stronger as the taste advances. At the same time yeasty flavors get stronger as well, all while the sweet fades a bit. Some more spice, lemongrass, and hay come toward the end, leaving one with a nice flavorful and wheat/grainy, spiced, bready taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thicker side for its abv, with a high level of bubbly carbonation. Great for pairing the bready/wheaty flavors with the spice and the slighter sweetness.
Overall – A quite tasty, more bready and malty, and less sweet hefe. A good drinker for sure.

Brew is hazy yellow in color; head is white. Carbonation is low for the style. Mildly tart and phenolic. An adequate but unexciting take on hefeweizen.

Nucleated Pilsner
Look: Semi-hazy dark yellow body, pouring a silky 1.5 finger head. Dissipated into a cap
Smell: Fairly weak. Some citrus peels, some doughy wheat, rye bread
Taste: Some doughy malt, lemon zest, orange peel, rye. Toasted wheat in the finish
Feel: Moderate carbonation, medium mouth feel, semi-crisp
Overall: This is a good beer. Easy sipper with decent complexity

Definitely not as good as Hefe-Weizen Paulaner, but hey, they've been making it since 1634. That' s 388 years at the time of reviewing. The German is 5.5% and No Limits 5% btw. No Limits has a long road ahead - may be that's why the 16oz can says "Two roads" lol

Sampling acold 16 oz can poured into my weiss glass. The beer pours fairly clear golden color, Im a little surprised at the clarity and doublecheck that the beer is actually unfiltered.
A fizzy bleached white head foams up about 2.5 inches and fades to a surface layer for the sampling.
The aroma on this beer is very clove forward with hints of lemon and a bit of doughy yeast. Not really any banana here and otherwise no real hop notes. I notice the nose is pretty bold and apparent as soon as I pour the beer in the glass.
First sip reveals a light body with fine tingly carbonation and generally easy drinking physical traits. The beer definitely goes down very fast.
Flavor is similar to the nose, some lemon and bready notes a good dose of cloves and then the finish is a little peppery spice. Non of the flavor is overthe top and the notes mix well together.
A pretty nice and easy drinkable hefe, was a little thrown at the clarity to start but everything after was fine.
