Cloudy, golden body; frothy head. Plenty of tropical fruit and citrus aroma; pineapple and grapefruit. Well-blended mixture of light cereal grains with citrus and bitter hop flavors. Medium-heavy body; coarse and sharp on the palate; mildly tart; dry.
A delightful American pale ale, well-balanced and approachable.

a quality lager here on tap at odyssey gastropub in colorado springs this afternoon. i have liked a lot of the stuff from gravity, but this is the first lager i have had from them. its clear and bright, as the name suggests it should be, with a full inch of white head on it, gorgeous white lacing as i sip it down. its a real easy drinking brew, not a lot of body to it, but a pleasant hop profile. lately, mosaic has become the new citra for me, less exciting than it could be, starting to seem all the same and a little one dimensional, but its obvious this is dry hopped more than anything else, so the aromatic is pretty great. its not bitter at all, and i think for someone who wasnt real familiar with this hop would love its floral and fruity delicacies. nothing much growing on the grain front, pale two row and pils malts, light bodied, and dry. the hops are the major flavor agent, even above a rather robust lager strain, tropical a little bit, but not out of balance and not pushing the india pale lager realm too hard. overall a nice beer, if i were more of a pale lager drinker, i would dig this a lot. as good as all of the beer from gravity has been, and a nice compliment to the mahi tacos at odyssey, which are well worth trying as well.
