Really interesting sour, maltier and woodier than typical, but a great tart sour punch. Aroma is so nice with tartness, vanilla, wood and sweet malt. Flavor is similar with the emphasis on the tartness up front and an interesting sweet malt yet dry finish.

Heard they put this on tap so ran over to the brewery who say it's a barrel aged bock they soured. Tartness, vanilla, funk aroma notes. Brew is darkish amber with some head that remained though thin. Flavor was of bright tart sourness, with a touch of dank sour, with some oak, and finishes with a touch of malt sweetness. This is one of the few barrel aged sours that you can taste and smell the oak so high points for that. Heavier body for a sour and the sweetness was an unexpected twist. Unusual and cool sour.
