picked up a small growler fill at shoreline bev, enjoyed from a singlecut imperial pint. good beer but far from traditional. it is like an all spice (or all bay...forget the name of the seasoning) flavored beer. kolsch characteristics are there but the seasoning overtakes everything. it is tasty for sure, bit don't expect a kolsch, expect to taste all spice...that said, easy drinker that I could slam all day. single cut is a great brewery and in my opinion it is worth trying everything they put out.

On tap. Super clear pale yellow, beautiful bubbles rising throughout the height of the glass. Nice super white head with decent lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and gin, with a halo of herbalness. Taste is clean with a pleasing balance of clean crispness, punch from the juniper and a quick finish. It's 90 degrees out and this went down really smartly.
