THE SECOND IN OUR SERIES of IPLs is built around a smooth and soft malt base. New age Euro hops provide abundant white wine-grape flavor and aroma with a splash of dank, and a final Aussie hop addition adds a bright citrus punch, all trailing to a super clean finish that invites the next sip.

Beautiful pour from a 1 day old crowler from my favorite local. beautiful looking beer with a loose white head and plenty of lacing. The nose is a bit muted maybe due to the lagering? Taste is citrus rind with notes of grape and pear. The only negative I have about singlecut is that they do not can. When they do, watch the F out.

Served in a pint glass at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazyorange yellow color with some clarity and vision of tiny bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Resiny pine, dank, grasdy, earthy, herbal, citrus, toasted, bready, and pale malts. Lager yeast in there too.
Taste: Nice hop punch up front. Lots of flavor, nivmce malt bill, some chewy notes, and medium bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, crisp, refreshing, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium bitterness, and a little chewy.
Overall: Good to see a good tasting IPL in this area. Look forward to more of this in the future.

Had at Cask Republic New Haven on Saturday night, into one of their tulip glasses. The beer is a hazy amber color with a nice dense, white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Big hoppiness upfront on the aroma, malts in the background. You could fool someone and tell them it's an IPA and they would never guess otherwise. Flavor starts with a decent malt note first, some caramel sweetness that maintains some light characteristics. Big hop wave follows, dank, grapefruit, some pine. Finishes with a bit of hop oil and a nice clean lager taste.
Body is nearing medium, decent carbonation and finish on this. Overall it's one of the better, if not the best, IPLs I've had so far. Decent malt bill with nice hoppiness matched by the classic lager flavors. Well done.

pours a translucent orange, nice big foamy lager head that stuck around for a while. smell was big on the citrus and pine, as well as that distinct lager back end. taste follows the smell to a T, just heavier on the citrus and pine hop tastes and less on the lager taste, but it is definitely still a lager. very good beer that may turn me back on to lagers.... as long as they are dry-hopped like crazy, that is.
