American smoked "dessert" stout, blended with over 500lbs of Oregon Meadowfoam honey, creating a balanced but decadent dessert beer with hints of campfire, marshmallow, lush sweetness, and a hint of patchouli. Ok, there's not actually patchouli, it's just spiritual.

Growler into pint glass. Pours a very dark ruby-brown with a nice tan head. Initial impression is smoky-sweet marshmallow - kind of like when you burn a marshmallow on the end of a stick. How cool is that??
Mouthfeel is actually a little thinner than I expected, but you still get the impression of a rich, smoky stout. Finish is sweet and smoky.
The smokiness may be a litle off-putting to some, but I liked it. Same for the sweetness -again, I liked it.

One of the most unique beers I've ever had. Sweet, sour, the smoked background the the HONEY!! Not mead, but filled with honey and absolutely fantastic!

L: Dark black. Lighter head than I thought there would be. Thick. Not too much carbonation.
S: Campfire, vanilla, chocolate. It smells sweet.
T: S'mores. Chocolate and vanilla and marshmallow. Honey graham cracker. Really sweet. A decent amount of smoke on the end. Reminds me of sitting around a campfire eating s'mores. Absolutely delicious.
F: Thick. Late addition of honey made this particularly viscous (not as thick as Dark Lord, but up there). All of the flavors stick around in your mouth and linger - eventually dries into pure bitter campfire smokiness in your mouth.
Overall: A tasty offering from Singlecut, and definitely my favorite offering from them. This does a better job than a lot of beers labeled as S'mores beers at being a s'mores beer. I think the smoke might be off-putting to some, but if you like thick, sweet stouts and smoke (campfire smoke, not the meaty, bacon-y smoke you'd get from classic German Rauchbier), this is the beer for you. Absolutely phenomenal stuff.
