16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/4/2019. Pours very golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light toast/biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light toast/biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light toast/biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%, or lingering hop burn after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Hazy DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Feels like a lot of Simcoe, and some Mosaic. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected of the brewery. No complaints.

Super hazy orange with a 1 finger white head-lacing is really nice.

Papaya, mango, berries, orange and faint mint on the nose.

Taste mimics the nose-a bit sweet as it warms but the finish is bitter enough to help balance.

Medium, creamy mouthfeel.

I honestly don’t know if I could tell this one from some of the others in the Singlecut lineup. Still a very tasty beer. Worth a try if you come across it.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very hazy, opaque golden amber, looks like pineapple juice. A half finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, melon, orange; some dankness. Flavor of lightly caramel malt, grapefruit, orange, mixed tropical fruit with pine developing into a resinous mixed fruit and pine finish with decent bitterness. Medium bodied with mild creaminess and sharp carbonation. No surprises in this well double dry hopped IPA. Tropical and citrus fruit flavors dominate, but with a pleasant addition of some pine and faint dankness. The flavor drops off a bit into the finish, but that provides a welcome lingering piney bitterness that keeps my interest. Another hazy I'm trying to sample a brewery that seems to make a lot of these. A well done hazy dry hopped IPA.

Can stamped underneath as 12/16/19.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a beautiful opaque burnt orange cider color topped with a creamy white foamy head softly dissolving to leave some filmy lace coating the glass.
The aroma had a wonderful mash-up of sweet pine, white pepper, woody hop oily zest, citrusy bitter rind then a lighter whiff of pineapple rolling into some super clean biscuity malts. Even with more warmth, there's a tickle of subtle danky onion.
The flavor leaned towards a combined effort of zesty sweet initially then develops with a fair bitterness of the pine. Aftertaste starts with the piney dryness with some white notes and sticky citrus pith.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Plenty of dry sticky pine keeps me from gulping this. Finishes with some smooth dry hopping.
Overall, I'd say pretty nicely done DDH-ed version of this beer. I don't remember what I originally said on the regular version of this but hey I am pretty sure I can admit that this one is quite good.
