A mildly tart mixed berry aroma hits the nose upon emptying a pint can's entire contents into a clear glass liter mug. It's a foamy pour, but the just faintly violet topping dissipates quickly, leaving no glass lacing. The color of the liquid is darkly orange-amber, relatively bright and modestly cloudy. To taste, the lime and cranberry dominates over the raspberry, making this one tart brew. Adding to the pucker, this is unmistakably a wild ale, so there's that added sourness, too. Yet, none of this is out of good taste boundaries. Of course, a drinker would have to appreciate the style to find this enjoyable. Regardless, this is a very good example of its style and those that like that should find this a very tasty treat.

Delicious Raspberry sour, pouring a deep dark red color reminiscent of a red blend wine. Good amount of pucker with zero offensive bretty flavors. Only downside is a slight metallic taste that remains on the palate, a quality I also noticed in their hibiscus sour, "Kim". Still a phenomenal sour I would absolutely try again. Singlecut never fails to impress.
