A SHADE DIFFERENT – This sister to KIM is a red raspberry infused version that is refreshing like all the other KIMs, but different. Dry, clean, incredibly fragrant with bright raspberry notes and a tartness that quenches and rewards.

Amber/pink color. Big, pinkish head that quickly disappears. Raspberries and acidity in the aroma. Tart taste with a dry finish. Sourness lacks some complexity.

Canned on 8/11.
Poured to Birrateque IPA 18OZ Glass on 11 / 16. Wao! More than 3 month old !
But this beer might not Hop front one. Therefore should be OK.
A:Violet/Pink colour and slightly hazy. A lot of cloud.
S: Very few aroma. No Hop. Lemongrass? aroma?
T:Sour. Like Raspberry. lemon juice. Not sweet and not bitter as well.
M:Quite clean and crisp. Easy to drink. Feel like Juice+Alcohol.
O:Say this "Hard Raspberry Cider" may describe this juice.

A: The beer is hazy pale purple in color. It poured with a half finger high dark pink head that settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberry purée are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a little sour and has flavors of raspberries along with hints of blackberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is more fruity than it is sour so I would say it is more of a fruit/vegetable beer than an American Wild Ale. It is very easy to drink.
