Cloudy yellow color. Big, white head. Tropical fruits, melon, and pine are in the aroma. Moderate bitterness in taste. Nothing too special, just another decent IPA.

Looks like a luscious NEIPA and drinks like one. A little light on flavor, although what hop presence that's there is nice. I expected a little more from a double dry hopped concoction.

a: super hazy bright matte orange color with a frothy off-white head that's about 1/2 finger

s: juicy oranges, clementines, mango, pineapple. earthy grass with some green grapes and musty earthy notes. tangerine and apricots as well. dry crackers as well. i think i'm crazy, but i'm also getting peanut butter in here...weird

t: muted mango, grapefruit, and apricot upfront. earthy grass and a touch of pine bitterness. a hint of peach and an alcohol tinge as well. a touch of melon and dry crackers

m: medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. a touch of alcohol (or hop?) burn

o: an alright NEIPA. a touch raw, and not as complex as many of the other Singlecut beers. average

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/12/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming 6.6% or lingering hop burn after the finish. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Galaxy profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected of the brewery.

16oz on draft at Midlands in DC -- Reviewed from notes

Look: Opaque yellow-orange, with a one-finger white head that leaves a healthy amount of lacing behind.
Smell: Dominated by citrus and tropical fruit. Tangerine/Orange, grapefruit/rind, mango, pineapple. A light spicy note in there.
Taste: Less focused than the nose, but not quite unpleasant. Citrus and tropical fruit are there, as are a crackery malt flavor and some earthy pine.
Feel: Medium body, good carbonation with tight bubbles and a dry/bitter finish.
Overall: Quite tasty, well balanced. No complaints here. Not SingleCuts best by any stretch but totally enjoyable nonetheless.

Hazy golden pour with a sticky cap that coats the glass. Aromas are many tropical fruits and a dose of citrus. Flavors are all over the place, not necessarily in a bad way. Each sip ranges through a soft mild fruit, to tangy citrus, and a decent hop bitter toward the end. Not as much malt presence as others I've had from these guys. Medium mouthfeel is good for this "lower" abv. Finish is somewhat dry and slightly bitter. Very decent overall, but not in the same realm of excellence that is Desert DDH.

Canned 09 Nov, purchased at The Market in Bantam.

This looks like your typical hazy, an unattractive orange with a large white head that falls off leaving little lacing. On the nose, though, this is anything but. Bright, bitter and hoppy with notable orange, peach and mango but also a moderate orange rind and orange zest bitterness. Some mango pulp is also present. The palate opens with a moderate bitter orange flavor, with zest and rind, coupled with a light pine note. A mildly boozy bitterness is also present, which is surprising but welcome on this cold New England night. The mid palate is juicy with mild bitterness with mango, peach and a noticeable watermelon rind bitterness. Drying, mildly boozy on the finish, this beer is medium light in body and softly carbonated. The lingering bitterness is welcome after several hazy juice bombs from the past few days. Tasty.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Hazed medium golden pour with 3 fingers of fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.

S: Grapefruit rind and citrus. Lighter tropicals.

T.F: Crackery grains and strong grapefruit citrus. Orange rind and pine... light on the tropicals/fruit. Grapefruit dominates. Moderate bitterness. Medium bodied and sticky on the tongue. More rind at the finish.

O: Another decent IPA from Singlecut. Grapefruit forward... well crafted.

Canned 10.29 - All criteria met with aroma,Haze and Lace. If you like fruit forward this is great. If you want Hop forward I would avoid. Regardless the BeerSmiths never make a bad brew.
