GET BLOWN AWAY with this supremely balanced DDH IIPA. Brewed with a combination of hops from the US Pacific Northwest and New Zealand, and a ton of oats and a touch of milk sugar for maximum smoothness. The aroma is all tropical juice and some bright peach/nectarine, with a lasting pleasant fruity spice and smack of white wine. Double dry-hopped for an even more intense aroma- always better to burn out than fade away.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Hazed golden amber pour with 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Nice ring of lacing.

S: Citrus and sweets.

T.F: Light grains up front... honey and candy... orange/citrus and a bit of peach. Mild spice. No bitterness to speak of... a little boozy. Medium bodied and sticky on the tongue.

O: A big boozy DIPA. Not terribly balanced, but solid flavor. Not Singlecut's best offering but one worth trying.

Had on tap. Hues of cloudy orange in the body, with a finger of white foam. Candied tropical fruit, peach, and double dry hops makes up the smell and taste, with the hops being very mild when it is all said and done. Get more vibrancy in the smell than taste with the fruit. Very soft feel, bright too and slightly sweet.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

Deep amber orange body color, slightly hazy and somewhat opaque, but with a good nice visible trail of fine carbonation among the sides. Slightly soapy off white head, with real tight bubbles and some good retention. Holds a solid easy three fingers with ease and lots of pill soapy lacing as it settles. Great looking IPA.

Very nice hop aroma. Good mixing contrast of some real nice spicy herbal sweetness, a mix of wintergreen like mint/pine and a touch of somewhat juiced up tropical notes hiding in the background. Soft neutral malt presence and just a touch of sweet caramel possibly also.

Real nice palate. Much more of a tropical mix in the palate, somewhere between mango and more papaya like in flavor. Juices up with more of a spritzy earthy mixing tone as well, leaving with a nice earthy thick bitterness on the swallow. Real nice soft mouthfeel and a good mix of bitter and sweet hop flavors.

Nicely done big brew.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a well retained one inch white head that left spotty lacing. Smells of citrus and tropical fruits. Tastes of tangerine, nectarine, tangerine zest, melon and a bit of lactose sweetness. Medium bodied and carbonated, creamy mouth feel, minimal bitterness.

Classic golden color, quarter-inch head that persists. Aroma is bright & bouncy, lots of peach, some tangerine & stonefruit, just a whisper of hop earthiness. Palate is more citrus forward - tangerine, nectarine, undernotes of peach & eveb strawberry. Just a mild hop bitterness at the end. Body is silky. Could be too sweet for some, could use just a little more malt to balance it out but overall very enjoyable.
