There were several aipas from this brewer in my most recent batch of beers (I don't get out enough). This may be the weakest, but it's still quite good.
It pours like a New England, light yellow and cloudy. Maybe a little less cloudy than some, and that's good. The aroma is strong, and funky. The taste is sweet, bitter, and yeasty, but less so than their others. It is easier drinking than others from this brewer.
Not recommended. I really should avoid this brewer for to everything being over priced. They are all quite drinkable, just a poor value.

Honestly I bought this just for the obscure Zeppelin reference. Canned 11/18/20
Pours a med frothy 1/2 finger head with moderate retention, some spotty lacing, hazy cloudy almost murky like light pale color
nose brings all kinds of fruit, citrus in the center, ripe blood orange, some stone fruit, a little melon, a touch of pine resin, apricot preserve, light doughy malt, touch of pith
Taste brings more juicy citrus, tangerine and blood orange up front, a little pithy grapefruit, into apricot and stone fruit, hint of pine and musty hop notes in the background, soft and quite juicy, a bit of pithy creamy doughy malt, flaked proteins probably oats, a hint of chalky mineral but most seems to have dissolved into soft juicy feel, finishes a bit dry with a bit of bitterness as well, turning a tad green hop burn with a flash of alcohol
Mouth is med to lighter bod, but very soft and juicy, med to a bit higher frothy carb, just a hint of alcohol, would be higher if it had a bit more body
Overall surprisingly pretty good, of course Singlecut could be the brewery to make me actually enjoy an NEIPA again, little different than usual, not too much chalky mineral or hop burn, nice citrus

Pours as a hazy yellowish orange color with a thin white head on top. The smell of the beer smacks you in the nasal passages with a big hop aroma. The taste has a good citrusy hop flavor to it. The feel is smooth. Overall it's a solid IPA!
