Deep magenta to burgundy color. Tart cranberry sauce aroma, white pepper, reduced wine, lime peel. A very tasty cranberry sour. A very light wet hay/barn funk turns into a sweet holiday delight. Graham cracker and ginger snap crust, port wine cranberry glaze, star anise, and light squash vegetals. The sweet cracker lingers. Mild spritzy feel, med-light body, and a semi-dry finish.
